Apart from games there was the skills competition

Skill 1:Individual Point Scoring Competition:
All players will get one kick starting on the 21m line. Players who do not score are out. Players who score are in the next round. After each round is complete the players still in the competition will move out 3m until there is a winner. The winner of each county competition will represent the county in the provincial competition later in the day.

Skill 2:Team Point Scoring Competition:
Each County team is divided up evenly into 4 teams of six players. Two teams will compete against each other to see who will reach 15 points first. The two winning teams will compete against each other in the county final. The winner of the county final will represent the county in the Provincial final later in the day.

Rules: Players will have one ball per team. The players will begin at a cone 35m from goal. The will solo towards goal and kick from outside the 21m line. The team that scores 15 points first is the winner. Teams are responsible for their own football. The onus is on the players to devise a system for retrieving the Football and ensuring that all players must take a turn in rotation.

Skill 3: 3 V 3 Competition:
Each county is divided up evenly into 8 teams of 3 players. An open draw will decide the quarter final pairings. The winners of the 4 quarter final will contest the semi finals after an open draw. The two winners will play in the final. The winner of the final will represent the county in the provincial final later in the day.

Rules: Each game will be decided after 3 possessions. The First ball will be given uncontested to Team A. The Second ball will be given uncontested to Team B. The third and Final ball will be thrown or kicked up in the air to be contested by both teams. The Team that scores the most is the winner. If a team intercepts the ball from the attacking team they will allowed to score only after bringing the ball outside the 21m line first.
