The 4 football clubs were Whites Cross, Kanturk, Lee Gaels and St James, with Crosshaven, Ballinascarthy, Lisgoold and Fermoy lining out in hurling. The clubs had 1 hour playing time on the pitch followed by a museum and stadium tour which proved very popular. The Coaching Benchmarks Initiative is the only way for clubs to gain selection for the 2016 Croke Park Blitz Days.
